Firstly, you can scroll right down to the bottom of the posts, and it should say
"Whoever created the group."
Secondly, in the top right corner it should say how many members there are in the group, say 12, click it. It should display all the members, then in the top-left there is a dropdown, press it and press admins. Unless they added another admin, the one admin is the person who created the group.
remove all the members from the group then remove yourself and the group will get deleted by the administrator.

Just put a name for the group, your email, then when its created, put 'hide your email' in privacy settings.
