The floor is germ free and no toxic residue remains on the floor.

You have to get constructed a mini tank in front of your main door. Height of tank may be say 2 to 3 cm. Put a strong bleaching solution in this tank as per used to make the floor germ free. When you open a door for any body, let him stand in the solution for about a minute by talking with him any thing you want. By that time his sole get disinfected and then let him come in. When the new comer walks on the floor his bleaching liquid will stick to the floor and he will be free of toxic effects of chlorine on the 'shading' layer of sole skin. Sole are tough and the risk of cancer to the shading layer is practically nil as comparison to thesafetyof a child. Else let him go to wash room to wash the feet to minimize thetheoreticalrisk of cancer.

I'm not massively sure but i don't think it would be that good, if you think about it, if you never got a cold, or had any illnesses and that, your immune system would not be very well built up. The idea of vaccination is about giving you a small amount of, lets say 'smallpox', and your immune system building up to cope with it if it comes again. We have evolved for thousands of years and we never had a 'germ free environment'. I don't think children should be raised up in a germ free environment for these reasons.
