∙ 12y agoFrom your downloads, right click the file. Select Open containing folder. Now, copy it, and paste it onto your desktop (doesn't have to be the desktop). Right click it. Here is where it depends on Mac or Windows.
Mac: Right click it, and place mouse over Open with, then select 'Archive Utility'. I think that it would compress it into a .zip, or just take out the file.
Windows: Right click it, place mouse over 7-zip, and click Extract Files. Say Yes or Ok to whatever pops up. Whatever the RAR file contained is now in that folder.
