I would get a pitcher of water and fill the glass to overflowing. The water should carry the paper out.
You have to remove door panel to get access to the screws holding the inside plastic cover in place. Remove the plastic cover and then the three nuts holding the mirror.
open the toolbox on the back, and remove the screws inside it holding the seat on, it lifts right off after that.
Get under the car and remove any bolts holding it together. Also check inside the drunk for bolts.

you need to remove the inside door panel to get access to the inside, remove the clips holding the door handle assembly and the whole thing comes off
First remove the door panelRemove the moisture barrier.Disconnect the rods from the handle inside the door.Next remove the two bolts holding the handle on.
open the door, remove door trim and the torque screw holding the strap to body, and two nuts holding strap to door and remove door stop from inside door
You have to remove the inside door panel then you can see the holding assembly

Remove the inside boot trim and then pull away the metal clip holding it in. It can then just be pulled straight out from outside the car.
Remove inside door panel, remove mirror assembly holding bolts, unplug electrical connection and reinstall.
