it is pretty easy to do this.

  1. go to file and you would find save as.

  2. click on it and up would come up a box

  3. find where you want to save and click save.

  4. then to make sure it is saved, click file again and it you can't find open on the bar, click the arrows down the bottom of the bar and up should come open so click on open and you should find find your document in the file

  5. once you are definitely sure you have finished, click the arrow on the top right corner of the screen.

  6. if it comes up with a box with do you want to save the changes? click yes and it would come up with the box again and you can save it again. if it does this, you didn't save it.
