Depressed, Anger, Guilt, Sadness, Hurt, Loneliness
Tell your mum how you feel about your dad.
It Depends on why the divorce happened.
the child is not a material thing to be sold. the child stays with mum, providing mum is fit to take care of he/she. Dad gets to see the child, providing the dad is not violent/abusive/unstable etc
I feel that I can safely say that any parent would experience an extreme amout of sadness upon the death of their child. For the rest of their lives, the memory of their child would stay with them. At first, the grief would feel unberable but over time the parents would be able to return to normal life, but never forgetting the loss of their child.
"Divorce lawyers just do a simple task of getting a divorce done. One divorce lawyer would do the same task as the next so that means they do not have to be as skilled. For example of a married couple wanted a divorce they would not need to find someone with a lot of skill because its just a divorce. on the other hand a custody lawyers will need more skill because they will be fighting for custody. So for example the mom would want the child so she needs a good lawyer and the dad would need a better lawyer to keep the child. You would want a lawyer with more skill to make sure you win the custody case, for divorce, no one is winning."
I'm pretty sure he was sad about it. But he still has a good relationship with his dad.
A motion to modify parental rights and financial responsibility, though a divorce would be better. see links
It would be both.
only your judge can say (if it's a divorce) but probably not.
You cannot divorce parents, but you can leave your dad for your mum, or you can leave your mum for your dad.
