you have to be more specific. if you mean attention as in "look out" then it would be "achtung". But if you mean attention as in "attention, please!" it would be "Bitte um ihre aufmerksamkeit!"
it would look ... is translated "ça aurait l'air ..." or "ça semblerait ..." in French. It would look odd > ça aurait l'air bizarre

Usually capital letters in french aren't written with an accent (`). Now if you meant in cursive, it would look like a backwards 3.
