What are some of the bad things of living on mars?

We don't know that there is ANYTHING living on Mars right now.

How would the sun's contract to a smaller volume affect the gravitational force on its surface?

It will be smaller so less gravity

Would a smaller planet than earth with the same shape and size have more gravity?

If the planet is smaller, then it can't have the same size. If you assume that a smaller planet has the same density as Earth (and therefore less mass), its surface gravity will be smaller. If you assume that a smaller planet has the same mass as Earth (and therefore more density), its surface gravity will be greater. This is because we would be closer to the planet's center - or to the planet's matter in general.

What does gravity do for us humans?

It keeps us on the ground without it we would be floating.

Because mercury is less massive than earth things there would weigh?

they would weigh more. more gravity= more weightadd. With a smaller gravity, they would weigh LESS.

What are some reasons for sending humans to the moon again?

Establishing a moon station would enable humans to enjoy less gravity.

Is a asteroid smaller or bigger than earth?

Smaller. Something as big as the Earth would have so much gravity that it would probably have collided with something else and been eliminated

What is a sentence with the word gravity?

It would be cool without gravity. Without gravity we would be able to fly and jump very high.

Why would humans find it easier to push a load down a slope than upwards?

Gravity

What are the effects of environmental degradation to the behavior of humans?

the planets orbit the sun right.so that means that the earth a part to so if gravity ,then what would earth land on if there was gravity

What would happen if we didn't have gravity -?

It would be impossible NOT to have gravity, on planet earth atleast. But if we were to have no gravity, we would just float around unable to stay in one spot for atleast a minute. That includes everything else, trees, water ect. would not stay in place. This would NOT be a suitable place for humans to inhabit. Gravity is the force that pulls everything towards the center of the earth. (Thank you gravity. :D)

Would the acceleration due to gravity on mars be bigger or smaller than on earth and why?

Smaller, because Mars is less massive and less dense than Earth.
