Good Question, would there be a France?, would World Wars 1 & 2 have ever happened, and what about Napoleon and the Napoleonic Wars, The French Revolution, would America still be under UK control. Makes you think doesn't it.
A brilliant military leader whose battles (won or lost) are studied at military schools around the world. For the military strategist the question is always "What would Napoleon do?"
If I was A French soldier in 1803 I would have voted no to make Napoleon emperor. I would have voted no because, although some of Napoleons laws or rights were good, at different times he changed them. He made rights and laws that benefited the people and others didn't benefit different people so much. Even though Napoleon was a very great general, I would not count on him to make fair laws and rights for all the people.
He believed in God but never followed anyone's teachings. he believd that without religion no one would have any sense of morals
This is a question that is very open for interpretation and divides people to this day. Answer 1: Yes. Napoleon emancipated numerous minorities and created a meritocratic civilization in Europe, up-ending centuries of monarchy and established classes. Without Napoleon, much of Europe would probably still be ruled by oligarchs and tyrants.

There would be no differences in the world. It is very seldom an individual can make a global impact.
