The economy would eventually get stronger, there would be plenty of jobs, and the economy would be thriving and growing. Not under the current president, I am afraid.

An "explosion" in the economy's ability to produce would likely refer to a positive thing. This means there has been a sudden, drastic improvement in economic production.
It depends on the application, but with the improvement of turbo designs/technology/efficiency and from a fuel economy stand point I would choose a turbocharger.
Some positive aspects to growing cities would be community and improvement to the economy. Some negative aspects would be pollution and crime rate.
If you are asking for a type of improvement that is not incremental, I would say "differential improvement"
TBI is fuel injection....it just uses one or two injectors mounted in the location of where the carb used to be. Multi-Port fuel injection may give you a small (very small) improvement in fuel economy. However, the cost and trouble to make the switch would take a long time to pay off with the small amount of improvement in mileage.
Because most of the ingredients in transportation fuel are poisonous to humans and if you cooked with them and ate the food it would kill you. Or at least seriously harm you.
