If you have a horse that is a problem to catch there are a couple of things you can do. If at all possible keep him by himself if he shares a pasture with other horses. The ideal would be to put her in a smaller paddock where she has a common fence line with her friends. When she has a much smaller enclosure she will find out very fast that she can't avoid you. The larger the enclosure the more she can run you around.

A horse with a halter can be much easier to catch. But if you opt for this you must not use a nylon halter. Nylon halters won't break and your horse could get it caught on something and injure herself. There are 'break-away' halters that will snap if much pressure is put on them. Or a leather halter will be safer because leather will snap or break with very little pressure also.

And last, try not to get angry. Remain calm even if you don't feel it. Always praise her when she lets you approach and give her a treat. Most horses can't resist a kind word and a snack.

Is mare is faster than horse if yes then why?

A mare is a female horse, so a mare could not really said to be faster than a horse. It really depends on the breed and bloodlines. A fit, thoroughbred mare will be faster than a lazy trail horse. A well bred thoroughbred mare will usually beat a male from unknown, inferior bloodlines.

Which is best for jumping a gelding or a mare?

I am not absolute on this, but what I would say, is that it depends on the breed. If it were a Percheron gelding, competing against a Thoroughbred mare, the TB is faster, but the Percheron is stronger. So you would have to be more specific on your question. This is the best advice I can give you. Thank you.

Black mare and chestnut mare bred to buckskin what color will foals be?

It depends. The breed of the horses involved, which coats are dominant in the breed, and wether or not the horses are purebred. For example, if you breed a purebred black horse to a pure brown Thoroughbred mare, then the foal will be black because black is dominant in the breed. However, this rule of coat domination is only true if the horses are purebreds.
