With patience.
Not directly. If someone has Epilepsy it maybe as a result of some damage to the brain. If they have some damage to the brain, that may impair their ability to learn. In that situation, their epilepsy is just another symptom of the same thing that is causing their learning difficulties. Not everyone that has learning difficulties has epilepsy. Most people with epilepsy are well capable of learning and it has no impact on their capacity to learn. If their epilepsy causes them to miss out on regular education, which would only be with someone who has severe epilepsy, that will obviously affect their learning.
nothing it chops half your brain off so u would have serious learning difficulties
If the community happens to speak Spanish, then learning Spanish would indeed help you communicate with other people.

since everyone falls under one or more categories of learning styles, I would find out that person's learning style through a questionaire. when his learning style has been identified, I would continue to teach him according to this manner followed by rewards of praise.
No, that is rediculous...how would learning anything make you shrink?
Visual
That would be a learner's permit.
I would suggest learning English. ;D
Numbers are not needed to communicate. If you are asking about an address people would hand deliver letters to people. Towns and viilages were never so large that someone did not know them.
Answer Maybe she doesn't know the right way to communicate as not all people can communicate without someone to encourage them to open up.
I would expect someone who can communicate mathematical concepts to pupils effectively, and with enthusiasm.
