We all have two hands and lots of wood ;)
Empty or full? My advice would be to ask your Mom, but please wait until after I'm done pounding her in the Vag.
I think the pitch would be lower because the sound is really low when it is empty.
There is a fair amount of variation, but the standard small 16.4oz (1 lb) propane cylinder usually weighs just about a pound when empty (Tare weight, or the weight of the container itself). It is then usually charged with 16oz (by weight) of liquid propane for a total of around 32iz (2 lb).In SummaryTare Weight: 16oz (weight of the container/bottle)Net Weight: 16oz (weight of the liquid propane fuel)Gross Weight 32oz (weight of a full bottle)or in more practical terms, the closer your bottle is to weighing 1 lb, the closer you are to empty.
Yes you can if all conditions were perfect. By that I mean that the bottle would have to be a near perfect vacuum by sucking out the air from the bottle with the straw. The vacated air from the bottle would be replaced by the baloon stretching to fill the space left by the air. You would have no need to blow into the baloon as the vacuum would do the work for you.
it would depend on the size of the bottle
This answer presumes that "empty" means the bottle has no water in it, but does have air in it.In this case the bottle would collapse (or partly collapse) if the temperature inside the bottle dropped to a lower temperature causing the air inside to shrink, or if the bottle was taken to a place of higher air pressure (such as taking the bottle from a mountain peak to the base of the mountain.The bottle would also collapse at some point of evacuation if "empty" means the bottle was evacuated of water and air. The point of collapse, in this case, would depend on the physical construction of the bottle - ie, whether it was made of steel, plastic or glass

Actually, an empty sealed bottle should expand slightly as altitude increases. At the altitude where the bottle is sealed, the air pressure outside the bottle is equal to the air pressure inside the bottle. When the bottle is transported to a higher altitude, the air pressure inside the bottle is greater than the air pressure outside the bottle (In other words: There are more air molecules per unit volume inside the bottle than outside). The increased air pressure inside the bottle relative to the outside pressure causes the bottle to expand slightly. An empty bottle would not collapse as altitude increases.
ebay sellers generally look for $5-8 per bottle. The real question would be whether or not the bottle is empty or full.

It depends on the strength of the material the bottle is made from. If it was, for instance, a plastic soda bottle the the external air pressure would crush it. An ordinary glass bottle would be strong enough to resist the pressure.
If it is empty it should be okay, but to be on the safe side I would bring a regular bottle from the deli and leave an expensive Sigg or Nalgene bottle at home.
Beause the winery didn't do a good job of straining out the particles of grapes. Probably was that bottle was filled when the barrel was getting close to empty.
full=ounces, empty=......ounces?
