I'm a writer, but whenever one of my characters has dimples, I'm stumped on how to write about their dimples appearing. For example, "she smiled brightly, the tiny dimple in her cheek appearing" just doesn't sound literate to me. Any ideas on better ways to phrase this?
I would describe it as beautifully.

The term '50ct' would be a shorthand way of writing 50 carats. If a decimal point appears in front of the five, then the term means half a carat. If a decimal point appears between the five and the zero, then the term means five carats. Carats describe the weight of a stone.
