As with almost all job interview questions, you should answer honestly, but with your "best foot forward". That means you shouldn't bash yourself or work habits, but be able to accurately describe yourself, and be able to explain your weaknesses and how you improve personal or employee deficits. For example, some people do work more slowly -- the positive spin might be, "My attention to details means I might work slower than other employees--but my output and work is always accurate and complete." When faced with an interview question like the one you wrote, think (ahead of time) of how you would honestly view your own work. If you were your own supervisor, watching yourself work, what do you do well and less well. Why do you work in the ways you do and how can those reasons reflect positively on your work... how have you made your work better, and what do you need to improve. For example an answer might be: "In my last job, I realized that working with numbers is sometimes difficult for me. I took a night class to improve my math skills. But after discussing it with my supervisor, we both decided I perform much better in customer service roles. So my supervisor moved me from cashier duties to the Customer Service Desk where I thrived on interpersonal interactions, solving customer problems, and resolving disputes. I received good remarks on all my Employee Reviews, but received Excellent comments after working in customer service." E.G. It is okay to have faults and weaknesses--we all do. Great employees know their weaknesses and strive to either improve, or find a good niche where the employee's skills and talents can shine.

Your girlfriend says she cheated with her boss out of convenience?

Cheating on your mate is hurtful and deceitful and cheating with your boss is frowned upon by coworkers as well if they should find out and they well could. Also cheating with your boss can cost one's job. The fact she admitted to you it was convenient to cheat with her boss pretty much said she never once considered your feelings so it would be wise of you to walk away from her and don't look back.
