The port can be enabled or disabled through the CMOS setup.
In order to find information on the various sockets on a motherboard someone would need to actually know the manufacturer and serial number of the board. This is written on it. With that information the person can check the maker's site for details of what sockets are where on it.

you would have to consider if there are other hardware upgrades that would have to be done as a result for instance if you have a motherboard with ddr ram but the new motherboard has ddr2 you would have to by new ram same with power supply and even hard drives
Why would you want to disable the ABS?
The manufacturer didn't include that on the Motherboard CD. If they would included a check utility with a warning then you could get that.
I would remove the usb device and see if the problem goes away, if it doesn't you will need to open the computer. Once inside, you will see a serial wire coming from the suspected usb port to the motherboard, go to the motherboard and disconnect this jack. Hopefully your problem will go away, there may be a short in the port itself causing too much electrical current in the motherboard.
Everything is connected to the motherboard. Everything other than hard drives and disc drives would be directly on the motherboard.
Typically one cannot disable a drl on the 2003 Honda Accord because it is a required safety feature. To disable the drl you would have to take it to any Honda service center and have them disable the drl for you. They would have to disconnect the required attachments to successfully disable the drl without compromising the rest of the mechanisms.
