IMovie ULead and Final Cut Pro
It depends a lot on what you want to make with it. I tend to use iMovie HD because I like to have a timeline when I work, and I'm not as interested with importing things from a video camera. If you want easier camera importing and don't need a timeline, the newer iMovie '09 might be better for you. Ultimately the best option would be Final Cut (Pro, Studio or Express) which is more costly but has a lot more features and is more professional-grade.
