Expectancy theory is about what one expects, the way they think when they are making a decision.
The Endosymbiotic Theory is a theory about how mitochondria and chloroplasts formed. The theory suggests that both the mitochondria and chloroplasts were once prokaryotic cells that were ingested but not digested by eukaryotic cells. This would explain why both have their own DNA.
A theory models or explains why something is the way it is or how something works. If at some point a scientist find this theory to be inadequate (doesn't fully explain/describe it) due to recent research he/she may have done the theory will need to be modified to include the latest discoveries.
Spontaneous generation suggests that the earthworms fell from the sky
That would depend on the scientific theory in question.
Well first.. I would research information about the world. And then I would talk about it. That is how you explain the world.
the theory of evolution

The first problem with the theory is that the sun rotates too slow for the theory to explain. Another problem is that the sun would fly apart if it were as explained in the theory. Also to make the theory work all of the planets would have exactly the same axis tilts.
The expectancy was that he would win, but they were surprised at his score.
People in Australia would expect to have a higher life expectancy than people in Africa. There are lots of very well developed parts of Africa where people would have a high life expectancy, but on average it would have a lower life expectancy.
Scientists make observations about the natural world through experiments and try to explain the phenomena that they observe. Scientists then attempt to explain the occurence of all of these observations in an overarching theory. For example, an observation would be seeing an apple fall to the ground and making measurements. The next step would be taking all of these observations which could include things such as the movement of planets and other cosmic bodies to form the theory of gravity which attempts to explain these observations.
I would not even begin to plan an explanation until I knew what the experimental results are.
This condition would have no impact on life expectancy.

Most scientists originally reject the theory of continental drift since it did clearly explain continents would move. This is a theory that has been established by Wegener and did not get good support initially.
One strategy that would have the least positive impact on life expectancy is lack of exercise. Keeping fit and healthy is important in improving life expectancy.
