There are many things that pertain to Ancient Egypt. Among these are pyramids, mummies, pharaohs and Hieroglyphs. Many other things pertain to the country, and are easy enough to find in any Ancient Egypt book.
Funerals were held in ancient Egypt, the deceased body would first be embalmed by an embalmer who wears a mask of Anubis, the god of the dead and embalment. Hymns were spoken and incense was burned, after the body was mummified, it was placed in the coffin with the 'Book of the Dead', which would ensure the spirit would reach the next life. The more important people had larger funerals, such as Pharaohs, et cetera.
Orthographic means a method of representing the sounds of a language by written or printed symbols, such as a letter or a book or the ancient writings of Egypt as found on ancient tombs or buildings.

Pharaohs, the rulers of Ancient Egypt, were very powerful and I don't think it was custom for the people to disagree with them. You would have to go to a Historian or a History book to find out more about the political status of Ancient Egypt. You can find a picture of the Egyptian double crown in almost any book on ancient Egypt. There is probably one in your local public library or school library.
You can look in an encyclopedia, on the internet, in a book about egypt. You can go to the library and ask for books about Egypt. You can even go visit there.

'Ancient Egypt for Kids' is the name used for many online courses and sources of information. If there ever was a book by that name, information on it is not available. Usborne books provides a wide range of books on Egypt for children.
