you need to take the door panel off first. roll the window down just a little until you can get to the clips on the bottom of the window. then while holding onto the window undo the clips that are at the bottom (be careful not to break the clips most of the time the window does not come with new clips). be careful the window could fall down inside the door when you release the clips if you don't have a good grip. slowly pull the window out. sometimes you have to loosen up the regulator to release the tension on the window.
