Detach the sleeves with a stitching-needle, wash the sleeves and the torso separately, and then sow them back together. The entire process should take you no more than two hours, and it's definitely worth the time spent to preserve the colors on your high-quality shirt. Guys would wash the stained portions by hand carefully. Much faster and easier.
