If you are referring to a head gasket the symptoms of a blown head gasket are.
electrolisis, bad head gasket, bad radiater
it leaks oil
no. when a head gasket is bad coolant goes to the exhaust pipe and causes the car to smoke alot all white smoke.
A bad gasket would probably leak, and an oil change would be a good opportunity to spot that.
Water pump will almost always seep coolant during and after run before going fully. Once it goes, the coolant just runs out. Bad head gasket shows excessive steam in exhaust and coolant in oil - white/green sludge on dipstick generally.
If it is leaking from a bad head gasket, it is because of a bad head gasket. If it is leaking from a bad intake manifold gasket, it is because of a bad intake manifold gasket.
A bad head gasket can do that or an engine oil cooler gone bad in the radiator. The year, make and model info would help.
How do you know the gasket is not bad? f you oil is milky then there is moisture mixed with the oil. This can be a blown head gasket or a warped or cracked head.
no it will not. Bad rings will do it, Valves not seating in the head, Bad head gasket. Burnt piston will do it . These are things to look for.
White smoke usually indicates steam. I don't think a bad intake manifold gasket would cause it, but a bad or blown head gasket certainly would. More than likely it is a bad head gasket or a cracked head. White smoke means you are getting anifreeze in your cumbustion chamber (cylinder) and when it fires it is burning the moisture creating white smoke.
most likely a blown head gasket, cracked head, or bad intake gasket. with the s series. i would venture to say blown head gasket.
you will know by smelling it and if it stinks than it is bad so thorw it out
