well, there's two ways we can manage that, first we can measure it's dimensions and calculate this. because of the multiple equations needed for determining it this way I have another method you could use, if you have enough needles the same size.

in a small graduated cylinder place 20 ml of water

put as many needles of the same size in the cylinder as you can

read the change in volume on the cylinder

divide the change in volume by the number of needles

this is the volume of one needle
