Oh, dude, the comparative form of "soundly" is "more soundly." It's like when you're comparing how well you slept last night to how well you slept the night before. So, if you slept soundly last night, you probably slept even more soundly the night before. That's the comparative form for ya!
Here are some examples: - I slept for a tremendous amount of time last night. - I have slept for a short time, therefore I am tired. - How could you have slept for 12 hours?
probably watched some tv, at tea, slept

You probably slept on it wrong, cutting off the blood to your leg.
I slept for 17 hours straight last night (even though I slept for 11 hours the night before and 13 hours the night before that!) Well one time i slept for21 hours :P beat that. i fell asleep at 3:00 in the P.M.'s and woke up like 12:00 next morning I was watching GMTV this morning and apparently there's this really rare condition that some people have and it makes them sleep for days and days and days, and their parents have to try and wake them up so they can eat/drink but it's like they are still asleep cos they can't remember it and then fall straight back to sleep after. Anyway, the girl that was on GMTV said the longest period she slept for was 2 weeks! And her last sleeping bout finished last Tuesday and she had slept for 9 days! -_- i hope u know i meant normally with no conditions :P
