You are not supposed to manipulate the default libraries, but you can easily create your own libraries (both static libraries and DLLs). If you are using unix, program libtool is your friend.

How do you download your current library onto a new computer? If that's what you meant, then you would have to: 1) Add all your songs on your current library to a disc or USB stick and upload them onto your new computer. or 2) Re-download the songs with your new computer.
You can add a new prescription on new frames at any optical store.
you download a program like "ipod ripper" by searching on google. And download all songs from your iphone. Then add them to itunes. Then sync your iphone with the new library
cheapest but NOT new? library
Some municipalities have designed their municipal IDs to function as library cards. Such is the case in New York City. This depends on the policy of the public library in question. Since you didn't specify which one you mean, we have no idea. You should call the public library and ask them.
You cannot create any new operators in C++. You can only overload the existing ones (although some, such as sizeof, new and delete cannot be overloaded). The only way to create a new operator is to implement it as a standard function with a named identifier. For instance, sqrt() is the standard library function that provides the square root operator, for which no real operator exists.
The new operator instantiates a named object of a given type while the delete operator destroys an object. The new operator invokes the object's default constructor unless directed to invoke a specific constructor. The delete operator always invokes the object's destructor.
1. AutoBoxing 2. Introducing enum 3. Add Generic 4. Add new foreach loop 5. Add variable number of Arguments to the function 6. Add some new class like StringBuilder 7. Add System.out.printf(); many more
