If you look next to the seach bar at the top of the page, there is a notification icon in the shape of a bell. Click it, and a dropdown will show you who has requested to connect with you.
No anything that claims it can tell you who visited your profile is fake.
There is no way of knowing who has visited your profile/read your tweets.
I'm not sure what you're asking but I hope this helps ~ If you go to your profile, under your name and picture it will say how many followers you have and how many views you have. To tell who those followers are, you'd have to go to your 'about' section and look at your circles.
You can only see how many people have visited it using a hit counter unless you have a good knowlage of the language PHP.

PROFILE -too early to tell- was created on 1997-02-21.
You should tell us about yourself on your profile!
If you accidentally added someone in your circles in Google Plus, and removed him, he or she will not be able to tell that you removed them.
Nobody can tell you the exact answer because nobody knows until you keep looking at every single question until you see one with loads of Google Plus +1's.
what is OS tell me in breaf
There is no way to tell exactly who has looked at your profile, just the total number of views, which is beside your pic.
