I'm assuming you're not really a computer person. Take it to Best Buy and ask for a RAM upgrade. Basically there are removable sticks of RAM and you have to buy sticks that have larger numbers to make your machine run faster. Also make sure your final purchase is DDR3-1600 RAM. This is a faster (also more expensive) type of RAM that will ultimately make your machine run faster.
Gigabytes are bigger than Megabytes. RAM: 1,024 MB = 1 GB Disk Drives: 1,000 MB = 1 GB
It sure is. there are 1000 kb in a MB there are 1000 MB in a GB So 128mb is a very small portion of a 4gb memory card
Assuming a 512 MiB DIMM of RAM is ~50 grams, 8 GiB of RAM would be ~800,000 milligrams. If you instead meant "How many MiB make 8 GiB", then the answer would be 8192.
They are two different things. the 1.66ghz is the speed of your processor, while 512MB is the size of your RAM or memory.
Yes, 1,000 MB's make up 1 GB
There are 1024 MB in a gigabyte.

32mb sd ram or 64 mb sd ram
It is exactly what it is - 128 MB of RAM.
1gb ram
256 MB of RAM.
