How you celebrate new year eve?

First of all forget the idea of drinking yourself stupid. What good does that do? You will only regret it, if you can remember it at all and you may even get into a dangerous situation and getr seriously injured or attacked. What would be a better way to spend New Year? The best think would be to calmly and quietly consider your ways. What have you done in the last year? Did it work out how you thought? Have you made mistakes? Have you got things to be thankful for? Then who should you thank? What about God? Did you thank Him? Have you let God down? What about Jesus? Have you trusted him as your saviour from your sin? Have you been reading The Bible and attending a faithful church? Wow, suddenly perhaps you realise there is so much more to life than a night on the town! Then look ahead to next year. What should you change? How will you do that? Why have you not managed to keep past resolutions? What about a really good start to the year! Confess your sins to God. Seek and ye shall find! Find a good Bible believing church and above all trust Jesus to save you. Get into the Bible. You won't regret it. You won't have a hangover. You'll just say, why did I waste so much of my life being so selfish for so long when God is so good. You will see how God will then make up for all you have done wrong. What amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. May God put this new song of joy in your mouth for the coming year! In Jesus name, Amen.
