go to the turn back cave after you come back from the distortion world and find the entrance to the world you will see an item its a rare bone (lol) go in the portal then keep going then you will see an item to the right of the path there is the griceous orb give it to your giratina when you leave turn back cave and it will be in 'sky' form hope this helped ^^
