In order to fully BLUP a horse you must max out its top 3 breed skills, through riding, training, and competing in them until no more skill points can be gained.

You must also win (first place) 20 competitions in any discipline.

The horse cannot reach 100 BLUP until it is at least 10 years old.

To BLUP a horse is a relitivly long process on howrse, if you need to know how to BLUP a horse then I have a discussion in my forum, I am TheDarkPrincess.

You need to do lessons, fully train a hose with training and rides in the three top skills your horse has, then you need to win quite a few competitions until your horse is 10 years old, then it should be fully BLUPed.

What is BLURP on howrse is it good or bad?

It's called BLUP. It's an indicator of how well your horse is trained and how well he has done in competitions. A positive BLUP (up to +100) is good, a negative BLUP (-100) is bad. The BLUP of both parents decides whether their foal has inborn skills or not, and how many it will have.

How do you reduce your horses health on Howrse?

Horses' health naturally declines after the age of 25 on Howrse. However, to speed it up, you could do a number of things: -do not put your horse to sleep -age your horse with minimum energy, ideally less than 5% -do not feed your horse -do not groom your horse -do not put your horse in the box or meadow Doing all these things, your horse's health would go down pretty fast. Hope that helped!
