There aren't "Google Chrome" pages and "Internet Explorer" pages. If you want a file to be open-able by both browsers, save the file with an extension of .htm or .html
This is done by selecting the menuitem "Save as..." or "Save Page as..." Which menu this is in will depend on the browser you are using. It is in the "File" menu in Internet Explorer and in Firefox. In Chrome, you can go to the Customize and Control menu that is the 3 vertical dots right below the right upper corner. In there, you go to "More tools." You can also right click on a page, and do a "Save as" from there. Ctrl-S usually works as well.

Auto duplex is when you can set your printer to print on both sides of a paper without you having to manually change the paper to the other side. So, if I want to print a 2 sided document, first, I print the odd pages, then I have to turn those pages around & put the blank side through the printer to print the even pages. If your printer has auto duplexing, it would feed those pages through by itself.
