Yes she can. She will need to show the DMV appropriate proof of identity. Pay for her learners' permit and you will have to sign for financial responsibility. She will then need to pass an eye test, and written exam. You have 3 chances to pass the written exam
This is dependent on what state you live in. Your best course of action is to simply call the DMV and ask.
Have the required medical exam and take the test results to DMV.
According to known to me the basic charge that may take is $75 for an eye exam too.
Well, assuming you mean the reading of the eye chart with the big 'E' as the eye exam, yes you can. You do an eye exam online to get an idea of your vision and any possible problems, but it does not take the place of a professional eye exam. Here is one site to try: library.thinkquest.org/C005949/fun/eyechart.htm.

It depends on the prescription and dermatoligist
On average the contact eye exam is $80.00.
Many eye doctors will take on charity cases. Contact a local doctor to inquire if they are willing.
if you study hard its not. but if you don't study its hard.
Eye charts are often electronic and measure your depth perception. Even if you memorized the chart, it would not help you see on the road. Also the DMV does not use the same eye chart for each customer - they change those at random for obvious reasons.
I'm not sure what state or even what country you are in, but, in most areas, DMV eye tests only require you to have 20/40 vision and you look in the machine with both eyes, so, as long as one eye can see 20/40, you should be able to pass. Even if you don't pass, I don't think they are going to confiscate your license, the machines at DMV are out of calibration or busted half the time, I think they just tell you to go get an eye exam. If you live somewhere where they let you renew you licence by mail, your optometrist can fill out a form that states you are able to pass the test (which you send in with you licence renewal). Even if you were totaly blind in one eye, you can still get a license in most areas, I knew a lady with only one eye and she had a license.
