You would want to look for blinds that offer privacy, but still let in light. One style that does this would be lace blinds. Another style would be sheer blinds. Both allow light into the room, but cut down on external visibility.
It's all matter of opinion or personal preference but I suggest drapes over blinds. Blinds let in a little bit of light between the blades while drapes completely block out the light depending on the color of the fabric.
Window blinds are of course made to keep sunlight out. With that being said there is a specific kind that prevents almost all light from getting inside the blind. That kind of window blind is called a blackout blind.
Vinyl blinds are susceptible to flapping on windy days, let a good deal of light through even when completely closed, can become discolored, and have a tendency to lose shape over time.
I can't find any but if anyone does please let me know
Roller blinds are is a window blind that is attached with a roller. They are great window coverings that let you control the entry of sunlight and heat, as per your requirement.

Nobody let them in. They formed with the solar system.
You have to tilt the beyblade a bit before you let it rip.
Generally speaking the lighter the color of the room (light colored paint and light wood furniture) means the room is going to feel more open. For curtains, I would suggest something that the light can easily shine through, such as mini blinds or a fabric that is almost sheer to let the light come through it. A room is "opened up" by minimizing visual barricades. Draperies often close off a room, rather than open it up. Consider vertical blinds or vellum shades to allow more light and to extend the visual lines beyond the windows.

A wood blind manufacturer or a speciality store (such as Basswood Blinds) as they would be able to let you know how they are made and the different types. An interior designer may also be helpful.
