Right click on the bottom left corner of the task bar and select "System". It will open a System windows (System Properties if it's in older version of Windows. I'm using Windows 8)
If in Windows 7, you can right click my computer and select properties and the rest is as follows.
On the very bottom of the windows you will see "Windows Activation"
If your Windows is not activated, you will probably see a button there.
