could be the setting you have it on (some keys, when pressed twice, makes windows go down

If the features enabled, hold down the unlock button when it is locked and all windows will open until you let go of the button. Same in reverse for the lock button. This is not enabled on all BMW's though, something to do with safety regs in different countries i think.
