Caffeine makes you get hyped up and crazy, then you "crash." Meaning, you begin to tire, or get sleepy or lose energy quickly. If you intake too much, it will not have a positive affect. You may be constantly tired or hyped up. If you get the caffeine from things like soda and candy, if you take in too much, it can cause health problems.
