Plants have stomata. These are small holes which are used for gas exchange during photosynthesis. However, this stomata also cause water to diffuse and evaporate out of the plant, when photosynthesis is occurring, meaning water is lost. This water vapour which is lost is given out to the surrounding air, increasing the humidity (which is just water vapour). This loss of water causes more water to be drawn up from the roots through the xylem tube networks, giving a constant stream of water. This is called Transpiration.
relative humidity
Relative humidity.
no. humidity is the amount of water in the air.
It is humidity.
Humidity is the amount of water vapour in the atmosphere
Humidity is the amount of water vapor present in the air. The relative humidity is the measure of the amount of water vapor present in the air compared to the amount needed for saturation.
relative humidity
Humidity is the amount of water vapor at any given time and relative humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air compared to the greatest amount it can hold at that air temperature.
The term is humidity. It is usually expresed as "relative humidity" which is the comparison between the amount in the air and the maximum that it can hold at a given temperature.Humidity
It depends on where you are and what the conditions are like. humidty
