∙ 15y agoHydrocodone is an opioid used for pain relief. The "apap" part is acetaminophen, more commonly known as Tylenol. The 5-500 means that there are 5mg hydrocodone and 500mg Tylenol per dose. The elixir part means that it's a liquid (hydrocodone also comes in pill form).
