anything between 7stone all the way through to 9stone.
I think the healthy weight would be 100 - 144 pounds.
Maybe 50 kg
Definitely. He is right in the middle of the "Healthy" range mostly because he is tall and his weight is well distributed.
Your "ideal" weight would be 95 lbs. A healthy range would be within 10% of that weight, so a healthy weight range for you would be 85.5lbs - 104.5lbs.
Well, I would say anywhere between 100 and 120. I am 14 and I am 5'3" and weigh 115 but I'm mainly muscle. So anywhere in-between there is a healthy weight. If you are a little under or over I'm sure it will still be a healthy weight! (:
I am 5 feet tall and 14 years old, and my weight is 104 but I think that's a little over average.
it depends how tall you are. the average weight for someone who is around 5 foot is 115
it depends how tall you are. if your 5 feet tall then you should weigh somewhere in between 95-125. But if your 5 foot 4 inches you should be in between 107-145 And if you are 5 foot 7 inches you should weigh in between 118-159. i know they are all different and i didn't really help you just need to say how tall you are.
i don't know if I'm all that healthy, but im 5'2 and im about 99 lbs. But i eat healthy for the most part.
A weight of nine stone, or 126 pounds, is within the healthy weight range for someone 5 feet 1 inches tall. A weight from 123 pounds to 145 pounds is healthy for that height.
it depends how tall you are, if your 7 and a half stone then your height should be 5 foot 3 inches tall!
A good tool to determine a healthy weight is to calculate BMI. A 14yr old weighing 252lbs may be healthy if they are possibly 7ft tall. Without knowing their height, I do not believe that is a healthy weight. I recommend consulting a physician.
