There is nothing that you can "do" to stop discharging, whether you've had your periold already or not. This discharge is actually the vagina's natural way of cleaning itself. It is flushing bacteria and cells out of your vagina. It is normal and every woman has it. It can be a lot, or a little, thick or thin, white or clear. It can change throughout the month too. It is all completely normal.
If it ever gets itchy down there, with a fowl smell, and the discharge is chunky (like cottage cheese), then please see your gyno. THis may indicate a yeast infection or vaginal infection.
That's a statement, not a question. What are you asking?

Yes
well what i can understand your question im 13 too...my period started in may for the 1st time and since now in (jan.)i havent had my period since october 2011....the thing is im irregular and it's normal to skip for your first year...about your boobs i cant help yuu with that.....yess i have a problem too with my boobs to get them bigger
Since you haven't started your period, then, you haven't reached puberty and I doubt you really have breasts yet. To have breasts you need to have reached puberty because it is the hormones that your body uses to develop breasts. I am guessing you are feeling fatty tissue which is perfectly normal. Go to see a doctor just to be sure.
