wash your face thoroughly. Don't rub too hard just rub gently in small circles with soap made for your face and not for your body.Use warm water to splash your face first. Then get face wash on your hands and rub into skin. Then, use a wash cloth with warm water on it and make sure to wash thoroughly off. Then, splash your face with warm water and splash with cold water. wipe with new dry washcloth. It should clear up just do it every night .

not really your penis is the same size when your about up to 12 then it starts growing but if its on erect and its the same size then... you have got a little dick No it's not bad it is normal. People develop at different rates and once you start puberty anytime soon you will see it grow. It sounds by what you say, you are just starting puberty so this will follow quite soon.
