The test was probably the standard 5-drug NIDA test. This one only tests for opiates, and oxycodone is not an opiate. It is an opioid, a semi-synthetic analgesic for pain. The NIDA test will only detect heroin, morphine, codeine, and opium.

The only way it is detected is by testing for it in a lab environment.
