I've had a girlfriend for 2 years and I use to be mean to her all the time. Now we've been on a break for 3 months and I'm trying to show her I've changed. What could i do?

You tell her that you love her and that you changed for her, maybe even give her some flowers.
However, she might never want you back because you were mean to her before, and if that is the case you need to move on and start out fresh with a new girl and don't be mean to her.
