I've missed period and had 3 negative pregnancy tests. i'm having these bad cramps lately and I've been told i look like i gained weight. whats going on?

That's funny I'm 6 days late and I am having exactly the same. I have done 3 tests as well...all negative, I am booked into the Dr on Tuesday so I'll let you know what the verdict is.
