I can feel desire for a person, but I can't feel comfortable having something more with them without feeling a sentimental connection, can i call it demisexuality?

sometimes I can see a person and feel something for her, like a desire or little attraction, but it's just my imagination because, actually, even if I have this thing for this person, I can't go through all the way to do this thing, I feel desconfortable if I'm not feeling something emotional... Like, my first kiss was with a boy that I had a little crush on him, but when I kissed him I felt disconfortable and just wanted to run away because it was disgusting and I was wondering why i was there without feeling nothing emotional for him. Can I call it demisexuality or is it just something "normal"?
