I'm not a doctor, but if you are still in pain or there is still a rash, especially if you knew the ant had a disease, I would recommend it because that would be a high concern to have any of these symptoms.
NOTE: IM NOT A DOCTOR
Wolf spiders are not as dangerous as you think. Even though a wolf spider's bite is poisonous, the venom is not lethal. Wolf spiders aren't know to be aggressive, but they will bite if thy feel threatened or in danger. However, if you are bitten by a wolf spider, you should still see a doctor immediately. You should also, instead of a bandage, use an ice pack on the bitten area until the swelling goes down. If necessary, try to avoid any movement at all were the bitten area is. And another important thing is to also call an exterminator to make sure you don't see any of those little guys again!
If you get bitten by a scorpion, wash the area with soap and water, apply a cold compress, and seek medical attention immediately.

A practicing doctor who is not board certified is still a licensed physician who has met a minimum set of requirements. Board certification means the doctor is highly specialized in a certain area of medicine.
get a new vet all this should be over with
some snakes nothing. some snakes can kill unless treated immediatly. squeeze around the bitten area so that the poison doesnt get around the body.
It depends what you mean by 'bitten' ! If they have simply been bitten - and the snake has left the area - simple first-aid to the bite area is all that's needed. If you mean a person is being constricted by the snake - your only course of action is to attempt to untangle the snake from the victim. Either way - a trip to hospital should be made at the earliest opportunity.
