It depends on which ecosystem you're most comfortable in and would use more. Both iOS (iPhones) and Android (Nexus One and others) have its plusses and minuses. If you are able to, try out both and that would give you a better indication which one works for you.

It does look pretty nice, and being able to use it on multiple providers is a plus over att and apples lock-in policy. I would personally wait for a similar phone with a slide out keyboard. if the nexus one had multi touch and a better online "app" store, then I would say yes... but as it stands there are still a couple things the nexus one needs to do to make me "upgrade" my iphone.
