Yes, I believe it is! It looks like Potassium nitrite. An ionic compound is basically one of these four forms:

1) a metal+ a nonmetal

2) a metal+ a polyatomic anion

3) a polyatomic cation+ a nonmetal

4) 2 polyatomic ions (of opp. charges)
