The test tube part is when a woman's egg is removed and introduced to the husband, partner, or donor's sperm outside the woman's body. After a few days of development in a medium, the fertilised egg is then placed back inside the woman's uterus. The pregnancy and birth should now, hopefully, proceed as normal. I believe it is known as In vitro fertilisation (IVF).
The same as you would a normal child.
yes you can
No. The womb is your uterus. The placenta is what attaches the baby to the umbilical chord and provides the baby with nutrients. During labor the female will expel the placenta after the baby is delivered.
It is as natural as a normal baby. A test tube baby is exactly the same a natural baby. The only difference is that the egg was fertilized outside the womb rather than inside. However, after fertilization the embryo is implanted into the womb, so the chances it will survive are the same as that of a natural baby.
Precum contains exactly the same type of sperm as ejaculate. So yes you can get pregnant from precum. The baby will be as normal as any baby. Whether it will turn out like Dad is up to God (and DNA!)
A word that sounds like baby is maybe.
Ten, the same number that a normal fully grown adult has.

Everyone's urine is the same temperature as their body. Normal body temperature is 98.6.
Yes. Leukemia is the cancer of the blood and it can be cured by cord blood transplant. When a mom delivered a baby, the baby's umbilical cord is filled with stem cells. The cord is removed from the baby and it's stored in a storage bank.
