I Have a Ford F-250 when you put in 4x4 the rear right wheel start to spin then it stop then it we start again it turn like it it is skipping?

The immediate diagnosis - even to a non-mechanically minded person - would be a fault somewhere in the drive system for the rear wheels. Normally, power is transferred from the engine via a crankshaft to the rear axle. The power is then split between both wheels via a gear mechanism. If one wheel is not engaging properly, but the other one is - the problem is in the gear system.
It's a job for a qualified mechanic.
